Production methods
The metal cutting process permits an economic production of prototypes up to large series production. We produce according to the drawings, regulations and specifications of our customers. The production of precision parts takes place on state-of-the-art CNC machines. By making use of innovative production methods, we make the seemingly impossible possible.

Our range of machines includes several:
- CNC machining centres with up to 5 axes - for the machining of components up to a size of 800 x 800 x 1200 mm.
- Automatic CNC lathes with up to 6 axes for the machining of bars up to Ø 32 mm
- CNC turning centres with up to 7 axes for machining up to Ø 360 mm
And is supplemented by additional equipment
- Laser marking
- 3D-measurement machines
- Cleaning systems
- Conventional machines

We round off our service in the production of finished parts through:
- The pressing-in of bearings, threaded bushings, etc.
- The assembly of entire modules
- Testing of systems and modules (e.g., sealing)
- Welding, gluing and pressing
